Dog License Application

  1. 1 copy of the applicant's imposition card (front / back)
  2. The price of a dog license for 1 year only (new / renewed license) is RM30.00 each
  3. The number of dogs that can be licensed for each premise are:-
    • Less than 1000 square meters = 1 - 2 tails
    • Over 1000 square meters = 1 - 4 tails
  4. No licenses are issued for dogs kept higher than the ground floor of any building.
  5. Applicants need to take hygiene and safety measures to keep the dog so as not to cause a nuisance.
