WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION POLICY
As part of its ongoing efforts to improve governance, Kuantan City Council (MBK) has established a Whistleblower Protection Policy (Whistleblower) to make it easier for MBK residents and the public to report violations of the code of conduct or integrity such as fraud, corruption, serious financial irregularities and abuse of power by someone appointed in MBK more effectively.

COMPLAINER'S IDENTITY IS PROTECTED
Any individual who wishes to report corruption and integrity violations will be protected by the Whistleblower Protection Policy (Whistleblowing). Below Under this procedure, reports can be made against any individual associated with MBK, if they are suspected of committing corruption misconduct and integrity violations. Any reported cases of misconduct or integrity violations will be investigated in accordance with relevant procedures and laws.
