A. NOTICE FOR TIRE LOCK ACTION

For settlement, you are required to appear at the following office together with this notice.

Day: Monday to Friday
Time: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm

Your failure to pay will result in your vehicle being delayed/detained at the Enforcement and Security Department until all payments and related expenses are settled. The Council will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to your vehicle while your vehicle is detained or during removal.

Please note that no one is allowed to open or damage the tire locking device used to restrain the vehicle or move/move the detained vehicle except with the permission of the Council.

B. NOTICE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF RELATED COMPOUND CHARGES

USE OF PARKING COUPON - ROAD TRANSPORT ORDER

(PROVISIONS REGARDING PARKING PLACES FOR KUANTAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL 2005, CLAUSE 30,) AS FOLLOWS:-

30 (a) - Failed to display a valid parking coupon
30 (b) - Display coupons have expired
30 (c) - Display the parking coupon in a situation where the parking coupon cannot be identified or seen by the parking enforcement officer during the inspection
PPJ (4) (5) - Road Traffic Rules (parking outside the parking lot is provided
46 (1) (g) - Parking of vehicles on footpaths/yellow lines/obstacles in public places

a) National Savings Payment Counter and BSN Bank Agent (EBB)
b) Post Office Counters in Kuantan District

4) Payment by post by Check, Remittance and Postal Order can be made in the name of Kuantan City Council by attaching the compound and writing the compound number, vehicle number and telephone number of the payer on the back of the Check, Money Order and Postal Order.
