Payment Facilities Provided

MBK provides various General Assessment Tax payment facilities as follows:-

  • Monthly Installments
    This facility is open for owners who willing to settle their assessment tax arrears by installments within the current year. The installment schedule will be issued to qualified applicants.
    • First 1/2 year - 15th. Dec - 15th. Jan
    • 1/2 second year - 15th. Jun - 15th. July
  • Payment By General Assessment Tax Monthly Standing Order
    • Low cost public housing or
    • Government Department/Government Agency's staff/pensioners
  • Payment By Post
    • Bayaran menggunakan cek berpalang, kiriman wang pos, bank draft kepada Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan dengan menyertakan bil atau mencatat nombor akaun cukai taksiran am dibelakang cek/M.O/P.O.
  • Payment Via Credit Card
    • Payment via Credit Card is accepted at the Payment Counter, Kuantan City Council, Jalan Tanah Putih, 25100 Kuantan.
  • Payment By Monthly Rental
    • The tenant of the holding can pay monthly rent to MBK for the purpose of settling the arrears of general assessment tax until the completion or expiration of the tenancy if the owner fails to settle the payment.
  • Payment By Telephone
    • Payment by telephone to Maybank Kawanku Phone Banking for Maybank and Maybank Finance account holders or call to MBF Cards (Call & Pay, Wap & Pay)
  • Internet Payment 'Pay Online'
